If there is something I really love and I consider it an accesory of an outfit is the nail polish, there isn’t anything more femenin than a well done manicure an a nice color to complement your look. You do not have to have your nails with the sane color as your clothes, you can always put a color touch…

Hoy os quiero enseñar mis esmaltes preferido para este verano y de paso os comento un poco sobre cada marca de las que tengo, si me preguntáis sobre alguna en concreto yo os diría que hay marcas económicas que dan buen resultado sin tener que adquirir marcas de lujo.

Today I want to show you my favourites nail polishes for this summer, and at the same time I will comment each brand that I have, if you ask me about one in special I would tell you that there are several firms that are economic and give a good result without having to buy luxury brands.

Mi última adquisición fue este esmalte de OPI “Big Apple Red”, en cuanto lo ví en un anuncio me enamoré del color. Es un color muy elegante, va con absolutamente todas las situaciones y outfits, para mí el rojo es un color básico en uñas. Lo que más me gusta de esta marca es la cobertura que te da con una sola capa y su cepillo que te ayuda bastante a la hora de aplicar el esmalte.

My last adquisition has been this polish from OPI “Big Apple Red” as soon as I saw the advert I fell in love with the color. It is very elegant, it matches with all situations and outfits, for me this color is a basic and a “must” in nails. What I most like about this brand is the cover with just one coat and its brush that helps a lot when you apply the polish. 

Estos colores de KIKO son los que más he usado esta temporada, son más llamativos y los suelo usar más de día, el azul (color num 336) aunque por raro que os parezca me encanta llevarlo cuando llevo negro, me gusta el constrate que da sobre todo en las manos.

These colors of KIKO are those that have used most this season, they are bright and I normally use them during the day, this blue (color num 336) even you think is weird I love to wear it with black, I like the contrast it makes above all in the hands.

Este naranja flúor (color num 357) llama bastante la atención, este me encanta llevarlo sobre todo en los pies y combinarlo con marrones, beiges y azules. Los esmaltes de KIKO son abundantes, es decir, que con una pasada te cubre la uña, lo malo que le veo es que tras varios usos se vuelven más espesos.

This bright orange (color num 357) brings lots of attention, I love to wear it mainly in the toes and combine it with browns, beiges and blue. The polishes from KIKO are generous, that is, that with one coat you cover the whole nail, however, after several uses it becomes thicker.

Los esmaltes de H&M son baratos y sueles tener los colores de temporada disponibles o incluso en pequeños packs de tres pero a mí no me han durado luego mucho porque se espesan muy pronto. Para usarlo en la temporada y listo! Este celeste tiene un efecto tornasolado precioso, me encanta llevarlo con vaqueros y tejidos ligeros.

The polishes from H&M are cheap and you have all the season’s colors available or even in little packs of three bottles but they have never lasted long to me because they become thick very soon. They are perfect to use in the season and voilá! This light blue has a beautiful reflected light, I love to wear it with jeans and fresh fabrics.

Este rosa “Play with me” de Pinaud, fue un regalo de la Revista Glamour, me llamó la atención aunque no soy muy fan de este color, lo probé y me pareció muy bonito, teniendo en cuenta el furor de los pasteles este verano, con los colores anteriores no iba a ninguna parte asique me pareció buena opción, la verdad es que queda muy bonito y preppy.

This pink “Play with me” from Pinaud, was a gift from Glamour Magazine, it caught my attention even though I am not a big fan of this color, I tried it and I thought it was quite nice, bearing in mind the pastels fever this summer with these previous colors I could not match so it was a good option, the truth is that is lokos very nice and preppy.

Y por último y siguiendo en la línea de los pasteles, este Blue Mint de Mavala de esta colección de verano, es simplemente precioso pero si tienes la tez muy blanca no te resaltará, lo único malo que tiene….que el bote es muy pequeñoo!!

And keeping in the line with pastels, this Blue Mint from Mavala of this summer collection, it is fabulous but if you have very light skin it will not make an effect, the only negative point about it…the bottle is tinyyy!!
